| Recently completed in mid 2009, 17,000 sq. ft of Des Veoux Chambers was designed and constructed within a total of just 9 short weeks. RHK designed the floor with a mix of clean, sophisticated and quietly elegant finishes that best represented our client’s image. With each Barrister acting independently under their own name, our biggest challenge was to overcome the high confidentiality between Barristers and their support staff whilst still maintaining an effective working environment for all. We designed the floor with the Barristers’ Chambers fixed to the perimeter curtain wall enjoying the views, with support staff against the core incorporating the large volume of law books into the common corridors. This project is a very good example of the way in which RHK’s Design and Build process can help fast-track the project. |
