| Following their merger with the Lloyd Wise Group in November 2007, this leading group of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys (with an associated firm of intellectual property lawyers) made the decision to relocate their combined operations out of Central. Our brief was to create a fun, colorful and dynamic office showcasing their new corporate logo and making the most of the superb views. RHK designed the reception with dynamic red, orange, white and green colors in conjunction with a long reception desk and indirect warm lighting. Also creating a breakout area on the perimeter windows we were able to link the Mountain View to the interior space with the use of bright colored organic flooring and wall finishes giving staff an opportunity to re-focus away from work. The back of house area was designed without a ceiling grid, giving it an industrial feel open feel and something different for staff to work in. This project showcases how a good designer can create a great space within the confines of an open brief. |
