Relocating from within the same building Morrison Foerster wanted the same spacious feel as their previous office in addition to creating a new sophisticated front of house area that made a statement. RHK created a large welcoming reception space with the introduction of travertine stone and set plaster ceilings mixed with contemporary design and traditional Chinese Ming Dynasty furniture. A series of meeting facilities and conference rooms were created off the reception area to service the high volume of potential meetings. Partner’s rooms were created on the client floor with close support staff to service their needs. After a year of settling into their space, Morrison Foerster asked RHK to design and install a new fit staircase linking both floors to improve communication and flow within the business. RHK provided a very high specification of project within a very short timeframe under the Design and Build method.
