| With most of the pre-construction documentation being completed over the phone and email, Pine River wanted to communicate a very sleek image to its customers in its front of house area whilst maintaining a good standard of finish to the back of house. Quite easily our biggest challenge of the project was to convert this space which was previously a Doctors Clinic into a Hedge Fund. Because the space was small we designed a linear pattern to the ceiling detail, wall panels and a column in reception which was cleverly disguised with the client’s signage. Our client was very happy with the end result and impressed with the way in which the Design and Build method was able to simplify the project delivery. |
