| Based in Jardine House, this particular space was difficult to design due to the limited natural light coming through the circular windows. RAB Capital had a very specific brief wanting to create an ultra modern space with high quality finishes. With this in mind we selected a range of light colored finishes like the white leather and timber finished boardroom chairs to compliment the dark striped carpet. We flooded the reception space with synthetic warm light to engage clients and make them feel welcome, whilst removing partitions in the back of house area to keep the space light, open and with easy communication for occupants. Like other Hedge Fund clients this project was successfully delivered under the Design and Build method. |
