| Having completed their fitout for over 20,000 sq. ft previously, Slaughter and May reappointed RHK to Design and Build a new staircase to improve productivity and communication between two floors. Wanting a contemporary staircase with minimal fuss RHK was able to design it around existing workstations and partitions with minimal fuss to the client. Construction was scheduled outside of work hours so employees were not disrupted. RHK scope of works not only included the new staircase, but fire, mechanical and electrical services had to be amended along with new floor and ceiling finishes. In this case study, we regard these works as Additional to those already completed for the client. |
