| Starting with a bare shell, RHK was asked to design a functional and economical space for regional staff that could be welcoming and flexible. As instructed by the client we developed a light pallet of finishes that could compliment the Tesco red color throughout the office. We installed state of the art video conferencing and audio visual facilities for communication with other regional offices around the world. Images were also installed to meeting rooms showcasing the client’s core business. With 40,000 sq. ft delivered in just 8 weeks, this is a fine example of how the Design and Build process can help fast-track the project delivery. |
