RHK will procure the project life-cycle passing from the design phase through to occupancy and beyond. Our international and locally based experienced project management team will guide the project through the entire construction process both on and off site focusing on time, cost and quality issues. Reports will be produced in line with weekly client progress control meetings helping monitor budgets, scheduling and quality of workmanship. RHK will also manage all sub-contractors and their payments under one roof helping clients simplify accounts.
